Dr. Vic Joseph developed the passion to serve the community since his early childhood growing up in an underserved neighbourhood.  His strong work ethic and commitment to serve the Lord first and in all that he does helps his focus on the importance of helping all men and women, but especially the youth. As founder of Eagle Rising Catholic Ministry, he has established the direction to nurture and cultivate a home for our youth to experience God's love while  shaping their futures in the community.

Andrea works closely with the Board to fulfill ERCM's mission. With a background in accounting and management, she brings a wealth of experience to our team. She is passionate about helping others and with the grace of God, hopes to serve His people in this role. Additionally, her upcoming YouTube channel, "Andrea the Apostle", will introduce the Gospel and highlight its historical and geographical significance as well as its artistic and literary associations. The channel will also promote places of worship in the community and introduce Christian-based events such as tours, gatherings, conferences, pilgrimages as well as our Ministry's youth events.

Kim is an experienced professional and has experience working in managing many health care related entities . She is often faced with administrative challenges such as financial hiccups, personnel issues and business managerial hurdles. It is no surprise, therefore, that at Eagle Rising Catholic Ministry, she wears many hats and serves as the Vice Chair. 

Fr. Samy was ordained to the priesthood on May 25, 1990 for the mission diocese of Sambalpur, in the northern state of Odisha, India, some 300 miles southwest of Kolkata, the city of St. Mother Teresa. He is currently the Parochial Vicar at Our Lady of Angels Parish in Brooklyn. He is a proponent for social
justice and equality among races, and promotes community outreach and charitable activities. At Eagle Rising Catholic Ministry, his principal goals are to cater to the youth in order to establish a safe and secure faith-based platform for our youth to enhance their spirituality as they develop a steadfast
relationship with God. His role, therefore, is multifaceted, blending spiritual leadership with community engagement as he serves as a bridge between the sacred and the secular, striving to bring the teachings of Jesus Christ into everyday life and addressing the spiritual needs of our youth as individuals and as a community.

Is an Accountant and Business Development Manager. He has extensive experience with tax, audits and business financial planning. He is firmly grounded spiritually and devotes much of his time toward volunteering, teaching and ministering to those in need. He serves as our Ministry's Accounting &
Revenue Director to play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health, compliance, and strategic growth of our charitable organization. By overseeing financial operations and steering resource planning, Norman ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, coordinates bookkeeping and audits, conducts financial analysis to identify financial risk and formulates a budget and financial forecast for our programs and
events to run safely and uninterrupted. He also serves as a liaison between finance/accounting and other departments as well as our resources to address financial inquiries and ensure complete transparency.
